Since RoxThemes offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (WordPress themes, plugins, template kits, and HTML/React templates), we do not issue refunds once the product is downloaded and the order is completed.
However, we honor refund requests under the following specific conditions within 14 days of the original purchase date:
Non-Delivery of the Product: Due to mailing or server issues, if you do not receive the download link or license key within 24 hours of purchase.
Major Technical Defects: If the product has an inherent bug or technical issue that prevents it from working, and our support team cannot fix the issue within 5 business days of being notified.
Product Misrepresentation: If the delivered product is significantly different from the description, features, or live preview demonstrated on our website.
You changed your mind after downloading the product.
You lack the technical skills to use the WordPress theme, plugin, or template kit.
The product is incompatible with third-party plugins/extensions that were not listed as compatible on our product page.
To request a refund, please open a support ticket or contact us at sbsohel234@gmail.com with your Paddle order ID and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method.
